Dr. Abinaya M.S, M.Sc (Yoga & Naturopathy), Ph.D (Yoga), is an AYUSH Certified Instructor with extensive expertise in holistic wellness, with 12+ years of experience in teaching. She is dedicated to integrating traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic practices to promote complete mind-body balance.
With a strong academic foundation in Yoga and Naturopathy, she has guided individuals on their journey toward physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Her approach emphasizes yoga therapy, lifestyle transformation, and natural healing techniques tailored to each individual’s needs.
Passionate about empowering people through wellness education, she actively conducts workshops, therapeutic sessions, and awareness programs. Her dedication continues to inspire students and practitioners to embrace yoga as a way of life and achieve sustainable well-being.
Dr. Srikumar Unni, Ph.D. in Yoga & Naturopathy, has over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and therapeutic practice. He completed his Post-Graduation in Yoga & Naturopathy from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, and received his Ph.D. from Karpagam University, Coimbatore. He served as Chief Instructor and Consultant at Nila Nature Care and Ayurveda Centre, Kerala, and later as Principal of Shri Paranjothi Yoga College, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he is the Director of University Affairs at Gomukeshwara Research Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy, and the Executive Head of Akhil Bhartiya Prakrutik Shiksha Parishad, New Delhi. Over the years, he has presented numerous research papers, delivered guest lectures at national and international seminars, and authored three books — Yoga and Health, Principles of Naturopathy, and Yoga Therapy. His wisdom and dedication continue to inspire and guide students on their wellness journey.
