By accessing or using Yuga Yoga’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our website or attending our classes.

1. General Terms

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes may not be shared. Yuga Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry. All purchases of services and products are final.

In attending classes conducted by Yuga Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will sue or make any claims against Yuga Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Class Attendance and Etiquette

2.1 Attendance

Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward.

2.2 Timing

Class starts on time. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late entry is not permitted.

2.3 Pre-Class Guidelines

Maintain an empty stomach before class:

- Full meals: 4 hours before class

- Snacks: 2.5 hours before class

- Beverages: 1.5 hours before class

2.4 Dress Code and Equipment

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice. Bring a yoga mat and cushion if needed. No footwear or socks are allowed in the class.

2.5 Safety and Health

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any previous injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or conditions that may impact your practice.

3. Class Cancellations and Booking

Class cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the start of a reserved class to notify our waiting list. Failure to cancel within 8 hours will result in full charges.

Workshops can be refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, full charges apply.

4. Gift Classes and Vouchers

Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, and programs. They can be purchased and sent electronically. All gift cards are electronic, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in full before attending classes or workshops. Refunds are only provided under the conditions specified in section 3 and 4.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yuga Yoga website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Yuga Yoga. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.

7. Liability

Yuga Yoga is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss incurred while participating in yoga sessions, workshops, or using our website. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

Yuga Yoga reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will have a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
